do not trust what you are told

The first thing he did was offer me a glass of wine.He then spent alot of time watching the glass and telling me to "drink,drink". I did not finish the glass. While disscussing the design I was looking for I asked if he made custom jewlry he said he did. I told him I had heard he went to school for 1 year to study the art, I drew two times what I wanted. Frank drew the ring two times. We also looked thru a book of rings. I verbally discribed what I wanted for 1 1/2 hours. He said he understood, also he guarenteed I would love it. I left his store at 7:45pm. I called at 8:00am the next day to inform him I was not happy and wanted the transaction stopped. He claimed it was to late. With out ever being informed my ring was taken out of his shop and given to someone else to do the work. I never discribed to that person what I wanted.I would never leave my ring if I had known It was leaving his store. He convinced me that if it was not exactly what I wanted he would "eat the cost". His son and my husband were present. My diamond apprasial was done thru UGL Lab. Inc. for the amount of $13,500. When 7 days later the ring came back to his shop It was exactly what I did not want. The first night I left his store he quoted me a price of $600. The next day $800. Then $740 Then $895.. If the work begain in Fedral way why did it take 7 days to finish. I do not know if it is the same stone. He claims he never said sadisfaction guareented.
