MY dog received severe injury there

My llapso Apso was left there for over a week while i went on a cruise and had the cutomary bath and full grooming before I picked her up. I noticed she was lethargic and not herself but hurried to get her home. One ear was full of dried blood and underneath was a raging purulent pus filled ear canal with numerous dog bites. It took me hours just to clean out the dried blood to find the infection and bite marks inside the ear. How could the caretakers and groomers have not noticed that !!!!! When I called to ask about her behavior i was rudely told she didn't play well with others. She had 7 trips to the vets and hundreds and hundreds of dollars spent on her ear which was never the same after as she had continual infections.

WORST Pet Care EVER!!!

I took my dog to Little Dogs for about 2 years and recently they had said that MY dog attacked the owners dog....For one my dog only weighs 8 pounds and they said she was on top of the owners dog attacking him...

RUDE, CROWDED, & DIRTY!

Rude owners. The workers work hard while the owners are lazy, rude, and disrespectful. There is overcowding and dogs don't seem to get individual attention. Way too many dogs, not enough people.
