Any one person that has anything to do with Caliber Homes, Caliber Holdings, MJL Homes, Deseret Sky Development, Suntex, Etc. Under the name of Lichtie, Butcher and Holmes are NOT to be trusted. Dont listen to these people standing up for them they are employees and Caliber admits to that in another blog www.topix.com. Homeowners/Investors have lost thousands of dollars becuase of their craftmanship and inability to fix the problems they created. Dont pay subcontractors but if you notice none of them are hurting and are continuing business in Utah at a place called Center Square in Midvale, Utah. So if you are thinking that these condo's may be what your looking for I would do some serious research before you too loose thousands of dollars and end up with nothing but heart ache while Mike Lichtie flies around in his million dollar jet. Reminds me of all the CEO's of these different banks, etc. that are greedy and took millions of dollars in bonuses and obviously never looked back to see all the americans that it hurt. Oh, P.S. - People who dont want to list their names are not the cowards the builder is, why, because he/they made huge mistakes and did have the guts to fix it it was more important for them to pocket the money. I wonder what his wife thinks about him? I know I would not stand by my husband doing such things to people, shouldn't that make her accountable also. :)
