Inspired by a lifelong dream, visionary and current owner Diane J. Mattaini opened the doors of Trattoria da Vinci in the fall of 1999 with one goal in mind. She wanted to offer her guests the opportunity to experience truly authentic Italian dining without ever leaving Minnesota. Trattoria is the home of the famous pasta bar for both lunch and dinner. Call and inquire about our daily specials. Our signature dish is the Gamberoni Portofino. Fantastic jumbo shrimp sauteed in a brandy cream sauce, with portabella mushrooms and asparagus with the chef's choice of vegetables.A great, romantic ambience will give you a sense of walking into old Italy.Try our appetizer Frittura Mista which features calamari, shrimp, scallops, and sliced vegetables, lightly floured and fried.
