Getting it right every time

I have a SAAB and they can be problematic but whenever I have an issue, they are able to figure it out. There have been a couple of tricky issues that were not repeatable the first time, they suggested to wait until it could be repeated, they found it and fixed the problem. They always treat me with great respect and give me the straight story. Lancer service is a first class operation and I highly recommend them. You get what you pay for with Lancer!

The Best In The Biz!!!!!

I never write reviews for companies but just had to for Lancer Service. I had an issue with my 1995 GMC truck in which it would not start. I called Lancer Service and they provided me a level of service that has been missing in the country for a long time. They helpfully walked me through a few steps in testing and then provided me the answer on how to easily fix it myself. What other auto shop would do that? The only reason I am giving Lancer a 5 star rating is because this site won't allow me to give more then 5 stars. Lancer Service sets a new bar in customer service that more companies should try to achieve!!

Spectacular Service

I have been taking my car to Lancer Service for the past few years. I am so impressed with the honesty and level of attention my vehicle gets when I'm there. They get my car in the shop in a timely manner and never once have I felt they haven't done a better than excellent job. I am so impressed with Carl Thomas's level of service. He is an excellent mechanic.
