I hate this gym! It is so very dirty and gross! When they were at the chase it was fine, but their other locations make me gag. GROSS GYM = SKIN RASH. Do not join!

I wish I had checked local business rating before handing over a year's membership fee. Not only did I experience verbal abuse from an imposingly large male employee, but was told that, because I gave 1.5...

The company's management is run by a bunch of crooks. I paid for a 2 year membership in advance so I didn't have to be on a contract. The guy who signed me up tried to pressure me into his network marketing scam. They kept my debit card on file and started debiting my account $30/mo after the membership expired. When I tried to cancel this, they said I had to send a signed letter certified mail to their corporate office with two additional months of dues in order to cancel. When I told them I was not on a contract, but a membership paid in full in advance, they threatened to place my account in collection and could collect up to "six months of dues." All of this for a facility that is overcrowded and dirty, with no towels or drinking fountain.

When it comes to teaching a specialized sport, I've never had a problem with anyone that comes across as arrogant if I feel they are deserving of the inflated ego. However, don't be fooled by the staff and...

An unbelievably horrible experience. The only thing worse that than the poor conditions (hot, humid, few working pieces of equipment) are the staff and management. The employees are rude and the gym owner...
