Goods: - This store is rather large. Seems to have a great selection of fish, bith freshwater and salt. - I found some Synodontis Petricola for about $12.99 which is a pretty darned good deal for a local shop. For example: A store just down the steet had Syn. Petricola for $24.99. - Neo. Brichardi were about $7.99 which is a good deal for most stores, both local or mail order. - They seem to have a huge selection of replacement parts for Marineland products, which is a plus for me. - Their tanks looks to be priced about what you'd find at most stores in St Louis. - The person working the fish area seemed to be very knowledgable and friendly. - Staff seemed to be very friendly Bads: - They didn't seem to have a good selection of water pumps, which means I'll need to get it mailorder. - Most of the normal fish products seemed to be at or higher priced than mailorder - which they had more selection for such a large store

A lot of space, not a lot of selections, and has somewhat of an eerie feeling to it. All in all, it looks like it's about to go out of business. Not much more to say than to recommend to another...

i bought 4 fish from this store for my marine tank 1 year later i wanted to buy different fish because the fish was outgrowing my tank so i called to see if i can trade in they told me NO TRADE IN i was never told this when i purchase fish i really don't know why i just wanted to buy different fish and in same time use the old fish for half price in store credit but i gess THEY DON'T HAVE ANY CONCERN ABOUT COSTUMER SATISFACTION I WILL NO LONGER BUY ANY ITEMS OR SHOP HERE

Pet Market Place has many different species of fish & aquariums. They do not give fair prices if you go to trade or sell fish. The guys that work there are quite knowledgable. Nice place to go if you like...
