Abondons cars

Not Trustworthy:I brought two of my cars for service this year. He had my first car for over nine weeks and never made one contact back to me for an estimate. I had to have it towed back to my garage and repair it myself which took less than 15 minutes. During this same time I had my other car towed to his service for repair. This time I waited ten weeks for an estimate in which I made several calls to the owner, who in turn never called back. He abandoned my car and violated an administrative city code in which the responsibility is to contact the owner of the car - he had no right to abandon the car. He had the towed away by an Oak Creek towing service in which I had to pay for its towing and storage. In my ardent research thus far, I have found that he did the same thing to a host of others this year. Be carefull!

Best damn Mechanic there ist

Jim's has worked on my cars, my dads, cars and both my grandparents cars. Top Notch. The people that complain are the people that would rather hear that there old crappy car is as good as new and there is nothing wrong with it. What they need to say is they do not like that Jim's will be honest and actually tell them what is wrong with their car. If you want the car fixed right take it to Jim's. If you just want someone to tell you the car is fine to avoid an argument go somewhere else. Just kick yourself when the car fails and you could have prevented it. Akitten and Jack80 probably just some rejects posting to feed the competition seeing they are so sure but do not post their real names.

Don't take your car here

This place deserves zero stars. It took them a day and a half to do 20 minutes of work. Had to call them 5 times just to get an update of what was going on with my car. Didn't provide an estimate right away....
