Great

I Stopped by Friday with my Wife and had a great Time and great Food,and to top it off the band Brett Mcmullen was great and he played a song for my brother who had just died in a motorcycle accident in louisville.

The fried green tomatoes are very good. Everything else that I have ever had is only fair to good.

We have eaten at the Whistle Stop three or four times and each time the service was very poor. This time (Tuesday evening) was only about 1/4 to capacity. We waited over an hour for a steak and grilled fish....

MMMM, good eats! by catie w. at InsiderPages

I've had some great food here, fried green tomatoes, spinach salad, even a nice glass of wine. Don't overlook this little spot, it's worth stopping in. Sit outside on a nice night and enjoy the atmosphere.
