Quite Possibly Saved My Life

Dr Jain has been my primary care doctor for a couple of years. Last year I went to see her because I thought I had an ear infection. She noticed that my thyroid was enlarged and ordered an ultrasound. This was followed by a needle biopsy. Come to find out, I had thyroid cancer! I had no symptoms - if she hadn't noticed the lump in my neck, I might not have been diagnosed in time.
