I am currently 14 days late on my payment...I was told that if I didnt have my payment in their office by 4:30 pm today they were going to repossess my car. I could understand if I was 30, 60 or even 90 days...

AL FINANCIAL SACRAMENTO, CA

THE REPRESENATIVES ARE EXTREMELY RUDE. THEY HUNG UP ON ME SEVERAL TIMES. THEY ALSO PLACED ME ON HOLD FOR MORE THAN 30 MINS. WHEN I ASKED TO SPEAK WITH A MANGER REPRESENTATIVE WOULD NOT PLACE A MANAGER ON LINE....
