Great Care

Your pets get great care here. We have taken our dogs here for years and have never had a problem and we have show dogs that we are very protective of. They are very reasonable in their prices. It's' not a fancy place and the key is to get there EARLY.

Incompetent staff and doctor

The recepionist told us no food or water past 8pm for Harvey (our rabbit) the day before neutering. When we got there, the nurse said rabbits were to continually get food and water the receptionist was mistaken. We get a call 3 hours later saying Harvey is really a girl, I ask if she can be neutered, and the receptionist says she already has and will be ready for pickup anytime past 2pm. When we get there, she hasn't been spayed because evidently the vet isn't confident enough to spay females and they want to charge us $10 for clipping her nails, the receptionist is mistaken ahgain. So they had us starve her overnight, drive 1.5 hours for neutering, told us the spay had been done, and then want to charge us $10 for cutting her nails? Even if the doctor had been smart enough to figure out how spay a female, we wouldn't go there again for fear of the staff caring for her.
