They hacked off my hair

Von is the worst hairdresser ever! I walked in with long beautiful hair (literally-past the middle of my back with long layers). I just needed highlites and a trim. Von hacked my hair now I have what looks like a semi mullet! She hacked around my head 2 inch long cuts. I have been to 2 hairdressers within the past 4 days. all I get is "oh my God, you poor thing!". I have had to cut 6 inches off the length so that I cxan go out in public without it looking so weird.
