They are by far the worse customer service I have ever seen!! I picked up my dog. One employee was yelling cuss words at a dog. Then when another employee tried to play it off that the dog was parking at me....

I have taken my pet here 3 times, but no more. Each cut was done fine, and they did what we had agreed upon. The customer service however is lousy, and you are made to feel like an idiot for asking questions...
