A buddy and I had a $100 gift card for Claim Jumper and went there expecting something mediocre like Tahoe Joe's, but Claim Jumper's Fillet Mignon changed the way I think about steak completely. The sides were incredible but I couldn't even hold focus on them because every single bite of my beautiful 3 inch thick steak was like a holiday from real. The service was even relatively fast for how packed they were. Fresh drinks hit the table seconds before we could order them, and the check was placed in my hand right after I got a call that I need to leave over. Our server was practically clairvoyant. I would recommend this restaurant to anybody who truly loves their steak-house food and is in the mood for something spectacular. I put this place above every other Roseville / Citrus Heights steak-house I have tried in over 23 years of living here. The atmosphere works for all occasions. Romantic or fun, family or group of friends, business if you're looking to impress. What else can I say - JUST TRY IT!
