Took my '89 Porsche 944 to be worked on due to engine problems. They advised it was the water pump and timing chain, so I shelled out 1400 dollars to have it fixed. Two days later they call and say it's the heads and they need 3500 dollars. So I pay up front 2800 dollars down payment. I don't hear from them for 3 weeks. I call and they say they are waiting on parts. This was back in September of '07 and here it is May of '08 and I still haven't heard anything everytime I call they say the technician working on my vehcile is out. I leave multiple messages and get now call. They're quick to contact me to empty my wallet, but when I call to see the end product, they're always out or waiting on a part. So I'm now out 6400 dollars and carless. Stay away from this joint very poor customer service...
