L'Oreal Professionell Certified! Voted Best Cosmetology School!
Very unprofessional and rude treatment by owner. Trying to play big-time salon, doesn't cut the cake,period. In fairness, I have not used Tracey, however, I simply don't ant to return because of bad experiences.
