Oh my gosh!

I went to Hair for Me because I was familiar with them. I haved used their salon before for waxing and cuts and have always been pleased, but when I went in for a coloring session, it was pure chaos. The sylist was nice (slightly inappropriate with conversation choices) and seemed enthusiastic. The 1st round, she turned my hair orange and brassy not mahogony and blond. I was supposed to have lowlights and highlights mixed with my natural color. I none of my natural coor left and 2inch streaks of these strange colors. Then instead of refoiling, she just started painting free-style with her coloring brush. this time I came out with 3 tones on one strand. After 4 hours, we agreed that it would be best to start again tomorrow. I asked her to redye it all one color and redo the highlights, she said no and 'had a better idea.' I came back, she redid it and I looked like a calico cat. She charged me $100. I left unhappy and went to another salon where they freaked at what she had done to my hair. They said it was the worst dye job they had ever seen (said by owner and 2 stylist). I had 'hotspots' all over the place, no patterns, cheetah spots on several large sections, several sections that changed colors every 1/2 inch. They took several pictures and told me to ask for my money back. They told me that if they refused to refund me, I should sue them. I am currently working on getting my money back and will never go back!
