OMG

I went there last year with over 15 other women in my group. We all had appointments and we still had to wait for service. Then I asked for a full set of nails and she started doing a manicure and when I told her she was doing it wrong she didnt listen to me and then when she finally understood what I said she tried to charge me for a manicure and a full set seperately. Well I had to go to the ATM while my entire party remained there with my 2 year old son and they told them they were going to call security if someone didn't pay for me. I explained to them that it cost more than I expected because they charged me for a manicure and a full set and they were fine with me going to the ATM right outside the store. Well they ended up getting paid twice for me then tried to get me to pay again for myself after two of my family members paid for me along with their bills. I couldn't believe how rude and unprofessional they were. I was humiliated and couldn't believe what they had done. I went to the security office and spent hours there and by the time everything was said and done they had to refund both payments and they appoligized to me claiming it was a misunderstanding.
