I had gone to Nesbit a few times. One time they confirmed my appt and when I showed up I no longer had my appt and was given a different stylist. The haircut had to be fixed by a different stylists. Another time I went in I asked to keep the length and just trim it up and have the hair by my face shaped up. I left with my hair uneven on both sides even after they attepted to be fixed. Then I get a call the next day and was asked not to come back. So much for the CUSTOMER always being right. I never raised my voice - all I did was mention that the two sides of my hair didn't look alike. Worst customer service I have received in my life!! I wouldn't go back now if they paid me to!!

I have been going to Nesbit for cut and highlights for awhile now and finally decided to find a new place. First of all I have had them call to reschedule a prebooked appointement at the last minute more than once in a row - switch me to a new stylist,etc - and all before I needed a haircut for photographs. Second the prices seem to increase for any given stylist every time I go there - it cost $250 for a cut a partial highlight last time I went - outrageous. I am moving on.

Probably the worst experience I've ever had at a salon. I told the stylist I just needed a trim of an inch to an inch and a half because I'm trying to grow out my hair, and she refused to cut it unless I would allow her to cut 4 inches. Then the stylist next to her told me I should go home and "think about it" and come back when I'm "ready" to have a real cut. Then my stylist tried to lecture me about hair care and that I should never highlight my hair ever again because it was damaged. First of all, when do highlights or chemicals not at least partially damage your hair, and second of all, my hair is very soft and healthy and does not appear damaged at all. She then attempted to talk me into scheduling weekly conditioning treatments. Finally she and the other stylist suggested I go home and print pictures from the internet about haircuts I wanted, even though I already told them exactly what I wanted and they just refused to do it for me. The receptionist staff was very nice, but the stylists were pretentious, rude and overall just unpleasant.
