Worst Customer service.

I got my alignement done with them and got 1 year of warranty that covers alignement for a year. Now i go there again to get my alignement done again which is suppose to be free.... they treat you bad!!! they...

Great service

Visited Bass auto in richardson a few days ago. Doug was polite and courtious. They diagnosed the problem with my car in no time and had me on my way. HIGHLY recommended.

Don't waste your money with this auto service

Very rude mechanic's response. The worst in warranty when you come back to them. Not serious to solve your problem.
