Supposedly their colour expert was in tne day I went. Horrible experience. 4 1/2 hours after I went in I came out with the most hideous color ever. Never again!!!!!!!!! I have short hair, I was taken as soon as I signed in, she didn't listen to a word I said regarding the color I was looking for.
