Business Summary  what's this?

Cantina Italiana in the Greater Boston area is a four star Italian restaurant. Here's a place to get good food. You'll find this is a popular North End area restaurant. It's known for its pizza. When you step inside the restaurant, you'll notice a romantic atmosphere. This place features private rooms, a full bar, catering, and valet parking. This restaurant is handicap accessible and good for groups. People who have eaten here found the food always top notch and great (especially the desserts!). Diners really enjoyed the food.

User Reviews of Cantina Italiana

Meal of errors

1 0f 5 stars. We have had many good meals at the restaurant but something was off last night. It took 1 1/2 hours for our entrees to be served. The waiter avoided coming to our table. The matire d' finally came to the table and said one chef was out and rudely explained she can't go in the kitchen to cook. The food finally came. It was good but evening out experience had been spoiled. The restaurant did nothing to apologize for the service or offer dessert, wine etc. We will not return there again although they were a favorite in our neighborhood. There are too many good restaurants in the North End to bother going back to a place that treated us badly.

5.0 of 5 stars. Cantina Italiana might not be the fanciest dining room in Boston's North End, but the food is out of this world! I have been to several places in this area, and have been decently surprised by most…

4.0 of 5 stars. What a great spot. I had the chef special. A steak with a raspberry demi glaze. It was one of the best steaks I have ever had. A month ago I went to Morton's and the food at Cantina was better!

4.0 of 5 stars. This was the first Italian place we found when we moved to Boston. It is really good. Some of the pastas are handmade, and the winelist is delish. My fave dish was the Saltimbocca di Pollo...YUM.…

5.0 of 5 stars. If I knew I was going to die tomorrow, I'd make the Cantina Italiana gnocchi my last meal. They are p.h.e.n.o.m.e.n.a.l. I grew up in an Italian family with an Italian grandmother who made gnocchi…
