I was one of a party of five who waited over two hours for a table, before finally leaving in disgust. During our stay we were shown absolutely no courtesy or respect. Not one of the staff bothered to advise how much longer we could expect to wait for a table, or apologized for the delay. In fact, not a civil word was spoken to us. Folks behind us were invited in; we were simply left standing in line--with no expanation. Frankly, I don't care how 'terrific' their pasta may be, I will never go back to Pasta Mia and will encourage my friends/acquaintences to also stay away...

Despite having excellent pasta dishes the service was despicable. A condescending wait staff makes or breaks a restaurant and the Pasta Mia wait staff and management has a lot to learn in the ways of treating their customers well. I will spread the word around DC about ensuring that if you want to have good customer service and be treated with dignity don't go to Pasta Mia.
