over billed

I visited Dr Cummings office, for the first time. for a physical. which is paid for 100%. this was voiced severial times to Dr Cummings. I wanted nothing extra. just what was paid for by my insurance company. to my surprise, I get a extra bill, at $106.00, for something we talked about for two seconds. Cummings office told me to take it up with the billing company. which I did. nothing was done. what to do now???

office staff

I really like Dr. cummings but the turnover of her office staff leave a LOT to be desired. They over book appointments, causing a long wait in the waiting room and in the back office, they don't have much experience drawing blood causing you to be stuck multiple times and they are very rude and disrespectful. I tried everyday for 2 weeks to talk to her about a prescription and never got a response from her. When you are really sick they turn you away and over all I would not recommend anyone to her due to her incompetent office help
