title delivery

I never had a late payment, I even finished paying off my loan before time. But I had issues getting my title, it took more than two months. When I called the office the third time the rep. was so rude an unprofessional. Apparently my title was returned to the office but I was never informed. It sat in the reps drawer for months.It is obvious that people skills are lacking. OMG being such a great client I was treated this way, I cannot imagine what would have happened if I had a late payment.
