Our first encounter at Magnolias At The Mill was rather pleasant, great atmosphere, but the service was extremely slow. We decided to try it again, and this time, the service was slow, as before, and the food was served cold. Each time that we have been there, our water glasses were empty more than full. The food could be phenomenal if served warm and the place would be awesome if the service was a little quicker-especially on the refills so you can swallow your food down.
