My main grudge with the apartments is the managment. The building itself is fine, the maintenence guy, Gus, is very friendly and extremely helpful. Management here does not return phone calls promptly. The first time I raised someone on the phone from the office, I happened to dial in when they were dialing out. Concerns and repairs (in the first 2 months we have been here) usually take multiple phone calls or office visits to address. The experience has been generally positive but there are difficulties involved that dont need to be.
