My wife called and got Aaron on the line to ask if you took trade-ins on an E-mac for upgrade to a new machine. What the question really meant was, "we want to spend money at your store." Aaron's reply? "Ha, no way, you'd have to pay us to take it - chuckle, chuckle." WTF? Aaron, making a potential customer feel stupid is no way to increase sales. I've purchased three macs from your store in the past. My wife just bought a lap top from a sales person there who actually helped, but this was only after a previous one tried to up sell her with extras she knew she did not need. As far as we know that was Aaron too. We will never shop in your store again. You used to be cool, now you are apparently too cool. Peace
