Won't return after 30 days even if defective

I've bought a bunch of items here in the past without incident. However, I just upgraded to a $1300 washing machine that is defective. They won't replace it becuase it's more then 30 days out (I had it for 35 days) and said it can be fixed, but will take at least 10 day (you know what that means) to get a new circuit board. They should just send me a new one instead of pull this crap.

Bad experience for Gay Couple

I had heard so much about the place, and wanted to go there. Supposedly good prices and service, but attempting to talk to a salesperson, describe what I was seeking and getting them to respond to a Gay Couple was difficult at best. We were ignored for most of our time there and had to seek out someone to speak with. Though we walked around the store, and were seeking a new gas stove, a refrigerator, dishwasher, and television it appeared to us, they weren't real interested in our business. So we left after a 30 minute attempt to engage a salesperson.
