Great Docs, but front office staff could improve

I have always been happy with the physicians at this clinic, but the front office staff always places me on hold for at least a minute right when they answer the phone. Also, I was told I would be charged a certain amount for a procedure, and was actually charged much more. They also bill patients for the whole balance of their deductible, which does not technically need to be done when insurance covers the procedure. They also kept losing my file when I changed my name after getting married. I had to tell them at least 3 different visits that they had my name wrong, and then they changed it from my married name back to my maiden name. Not the most caring front office staff I have ever had at a doctor's office. The physicians, however, really do care about their patients, so I put up with the front office staff.
