Amazingly powerful classes

I've taken both Self Defense for Women and Poekelan from One With Heart and highly recommend both. Every woman and girl should take the Self Defense classes. They are powerful, strong and based in good common sense. Poekelan is an incredible martial art for anyone and everyone to try. I never felt intimidated by older students or that either the teachers or students were ego driven. I highly recommend it.
