Pompano Harley Ruined Our Vacation

1) Tried to book a rental 2 months in advance...they wouldn't do it. They said call back in a month. 2) Called back in a month...they wouldn't firm up with a credit card. That didn't give me a warm feeling either. 3) Called the night before to confirm...Scott said I was all set..."be on time or the bikes don't come back out"...How rude! I would learn later I was actually talking to the head of service, not someone designated to a rentals dept....They don't have one. 4) Vacationing from Connecticut...it was a 45 min. ride from Jupiter where I was staying, and I was there at 3:00...They had no bike for me...nor did they have an answer. I was suppose to rent for 2 days. 5) The rental department is stuck inside the service department and they are more interested in service than what some rental customer might be experiencing...that's unfortunate...you can not trust them. 6) AMERICAN EAGLE MOTORCYCLE RENTALS in Lighthouse Point were the people that saved the day and were 10 minutes down the road. 7) They're bikes are cleaner, they're very courteous and know how to have a bike there when they rent it. Thanks to American Eagle our vacation was saved.
