This is a great way to bond with baby. I suggest enrolling around a year when baby is starting to walk or crawl. Definitely encourages physical activity.

Don't think you get a whole lot for your money. Is a bit pricey and not that great. The people who take the class all want to compete with each other and it is a very uncomfortable setting. Let kids be kids!
