Missing the WIngs! Best wings across the country so far (as west as STL)

I miss the insane wings at Sliders. I've been to the Buffalo Wild Wings, Show Me's, Schatzes, Culpeppers, Hot Shots, and they're not even close! i miss my wings with "a little extra sauce" from the kitchen....
