Owners and operators steal your tans!

My friend recently had a situation in which her and her husband's promotional tans had been used up by someone other than themselves. When she tried to talk to the managers and owners about it, they gave lame excuses as to why this could have happened, basically calling her a liar. Once she threatened to go elsewhere to tan, they swiped away her remaining tans that she had already paid for?!?! What kind of place does something like this?!?!

The Manager is the sweetest!

Every time i go to Plainfield Laundry & Tan to do my laundry my experience is great. I usually go around noon on mondays && the attendant is the sweetest. She treats you with care && class.
