I went in because I needed a ring removed before surgery. They handled it so well and worked out a deal on utilizing my old battered chipped up ring & diamond and getting me a new ring that is beautiful....

Sold me a non-GIA certified diamond but told me that it was.

The service was great up until after I bought the engagment ring. Then they treated me and my fiancee horribly. They told me it was GIA-certified then when I went to pick up the certificate from the store, they said they couldn't find it or any record that my diamond was GIA-certfied. Plus the sales person who sold it to me was 'no longer working for them'. Don't go to this store. Go to someone more reputible and well-known.
