DO NOT TRUST THIS SHOP! THEY DAMAGED MY CAR ON PURPOSE THEN LIED ABOUT IT! They removed the wheels and told me I needed new rotors and new brake pads. Quoted me about $150 more than everyone else. I thanked them but could not afford their prices. I watched them use an air gun to tighten my wheels back on and I left. The next mechanic I went to had to turn the lug nuts so hard a bolt snapped off. It was so tight there was no other way to get the tire off. The honest mechanic showed me the torque they used was too high and how they had cross threaded the nut. When I went back to Pinnacle and asked them if they could do anything to fix their mistake. They were immediately rude and aggressive. They said I deserved it since I wasted their time earlier when I brought my vehicle to them and did not pay their inflated prices. I was immediately treated like an idiot for suggesting they might be at The "manager" said they always use a torque wrench to apply the correct amount of torque when installing tires. He lied again and told me they did- even when I SAW them use an air powered impact gun to attach my tires. Thanks to them I am driving with only three bolts holding that tire on. All my friends have told me these guys are crooks. Now you know my story. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. But if you want to be talked down to, insulted, ignored, and robbed- This is your place!!!

Went to Pinnacle, a small friendly neighborhood shop in Carrick near the high school. I was suspecting my brakes were going bad, and asked them to look at all four wheels for an estimate. A half hour later, I was told the brakes were fine, no charge, have a nice day. I asked them if they were sure, and the manager called the technician from the bay and that guy assured me, your brakes are good for another 9 months at least, with normal wear and tear. The manager then said, "If you want us to do your brakes, of course we can, but you really don't need it." Amazing that honest family run businesses still exist.
