We contracted with We Fix Ugly Pools for a pool remodel, including new decking, pool resurfacing with pebble, tile work, and a new pool filter and pump. The price quotes came in below several other companies (though far from the cheapest!), but the customer service was outstanding throughout the job. We were impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail of the work crews. The job was completed on time and on budget. We enthusiastically recommend We Fix Ugly Pools!

Plain and Simple, Just An All Around Good Pool Company. The Ugly Pool Guy (Brian?) runs a company that I would recommend. We Fix Ugly Pools was extremely responsive to any needs that I had and were able to accomodate a special need, request, or problem that comes up with a project. It was quickly addressed and with the utmost sincerety and professionalism. The quality of the pool remodeling on my pool was very good. There were some small problems during the job, but everyone, from the office to the field employees, made sure they were resolved to my satisfaction. We Fix Ugly Pools also completed the work quickly, and had a competitive price, not the cheapest but not the most expensive. This was an experience my whole family enjoyed and we are now proud to wear our ugly pool guy t-shirts and enjoy our not-so-ugly pool!

I had a great Experience all the way around. Mr. Brian Morris, the owner, personally followed up on his salespersons proposal! I decided to choose We Fix Ugly Pools for my project and I am sure glad I did! The crews are wonderful and the office staff very friendly. The work is nothing short of exceptional, and I am very proud of my "new" backyard. It is also fun to tell people the "Ugly Pool People" did my pool. My only tip for anyone that is looking to have a project done, is to be patient! Let the crews work at their pace and the supervison and craftsmanship will be worth it! Definately recommended to everyone.

We have had We Fix Ugly Pools out on a number of occasions through American Home Shield and have nothing but wonderful things to say about them! The technicians are always prompt, courteous, and thorough. The owner, Brian, was out to my house after one of the visits and what a nice man! He really knows his stuff and his technician, Glen, was just about as straight as a board when dealing with me. My friend lives in Scottsdale and had the Ugly Pool people do a full project for him (not sure if he already had a pool or not) but he could also say nothing but great things. If the owner and Glen are any reflection on the Company as a whole, then We Fix Ugly Pools is top notch in my book. If you want to contact me personally, please do so at adam69mustang@live.com.
