2 hours wait every time I've been there.

Last year, my husband needed stitches, and we sat in the ER for 2 1/2 hours before we could see a doctor. 3 weeks ago, my 5 year old hit her head very hard, and I was worried about it. I didn't want to go to this hospital because of last time, but they had commercials all over the TV saying they "promise 30 minutes or less" before you see a doctor. I took her there, and it was 30 minutes exactly when they took us back, but then another hour and a half waiting in a room for a doctor! The last time was yesterday. I am 4 months pregnant, and I was having very bad stomach pains. My husband took me here, and we sat in the waiting room for 2 hours again! I was in excruciating pain, and the nurses just kept telling my husband that they couldn't give him a time they'd be able to take me back. I felt mad, but then a girl came in with a broken leg! Seriously, the leg was bent at the shin! They gave her a wheelchair and told her and her boyfriend to wait! She was in such obvious horrible pain, that I got more mad about her having to wait than me. When I was finally called back, she'd been waiting for over a hour! Even with their "30 Minute Promise" all over the TV, I will never go back to this hospital. Not for anything, ever.

Not Very Good

Took daughter to ER to check for blood clot in her leg - they sent her home and said she didn't have one - next day had to take her back and she did have a blood clot - nothing to full around with - won't go...
