Very knowledgeable and Dependable.

All I have is praise for Tech Monkey. The guys that work there know their stuff and they don't treat you like an idiot. Not many people are computer literate and they don't expect you to be. They take the time to answer all of your questions and give you sound explanations and advice even if you just come into the shop for advice. There are other computer repair shops in my area (19149) in Philly, even on the same block of Castor Ave. but none can touch the Tech's, word is bond. If you want your computer fixed right and not get gagged these are the guys you'll want to go to. I have given my honest opinion and I am not a person who knows any of the TechMonkey tech's personally. I am just giving it to you all straight, their good!

The Best

I called about every Computer store in the Phonebook and wasnt happy with any of them, These guys were very persistent and they werent miserable. They took care of me quickly and it did not cost nearly as much as Best Buy wanted to charge me to fix my issue...#1 in Philadelphia.
