wasted time

I had been going to Glow for several years however the past two occasions i had to wait for almost an hour. Recently I mad an appointment and when I arrived at the time scheduled I was informed that they were running about an hour behind. They do not know what customer service is after all they had my mobile phone number and no one contacted me to inform me of this. As far as their ability to cut and style hair they do a great job but with all the salons in the city why would anyone want to continue to to be served in this manner
