I cried all the way home after my experience. I'm still crying because all my friends and relatives can not believe the color of my hair. I wanted and asked for the same color that I had when I walked in which was on the Strawberry Blonde side and when I left it was the color of a hubcap on a car. The sad part about it is that the stylist had did my hair before and it looked great so I trusted her and I trusted that she would have followed the instructions that she was supposed to have originally written down on the index card. Between parking, tipping and the actual cost of the hair color it was close to a $350.00 day. For that kind of money my hair should have come somewhat close to the color I had requested. I believe the stylist knew she had created a disaster because she wouldn't even dry my hair with me facing the mirror. I could not and will not feel comfortable walking back into your salon. Maybe I will sleep better tonight because even though my hair looks awful I feel better just making my bad experience be known.
