Very Disappointing

Really bad do not get your hair cut here if you are middle aged or older and/or overwight. My wishes - not to mention my face shape, features and body proportions were completely ignored T

Give her a chance

I know they get some bad reviews...come on it's a salon full of women! You are gonna have some drama. Go see Liz. You will love your hair after she is done!

Poor Management

I wouldn't refer this salon to anyone only becuase of the "cattiness". The services performed were good, but the time I spent was not enjoyable or relaxing. One of the stylist kept butting in to my conversation and interupting. RUDE AND IMMATURE!!!

Heard she left...

Well, from reading these reviews, I'm not surprised that Krista left. Search for her on myspace if you want to track her down for an appointment. She is an expert manicurist and a PROFESSIONAL! My acrylics never lift! NEVER! MJL

Understatement of 2007...

I agree with another review I read on here...chatty, rude stylists. I went for the first time and the girl that cut my hair yapped about herself the entire time. Almost to the point of being obnoxious! Jr. High comes to mind!

Lacking a little...

I recently went for a trim and although the young lady that cut my hair was nice and professional; the other stylists and even the owner were rude, immature and as soon as one of them left, the others would talk about her. Very "two-faced". Not the best atmosphere. However, I wasn't surprised once I learned that one of the ladies involved was the manager.

Krista has arrived!!! Thank God

THE BEST NAIL TECH EVER!!!!!I just had to help spread the word that Krista Pera has finally arrived! We all know good news spreads fast and as soon as I got wind of it, I knew exactly where to post it! I used to use Krista's services at Head West Salon in San Marcos; then, when she sold Head West and moved away...honestly, I was almost devistated! BUT, I just found out from an former client of hers that she is in Pflugerville at Jagged Edge Salon. She is the best I have ever had as a manicurist. My acrylics never popped off. I mean NEVER! She is extremely sanitary, so very customer service oriented and on top of her game. She has won "Best Of" awards too!So, anyone that can book with her...DO IT! She is the best and although she her clientele ranges from "high-end" to people just like me...you will never know the difference...she treats everyone equally and respectfully!Hurry...call her at Jagged Edge Salon and get on her books before she gets too booked!!I sure will drive from San Marcos to have an appointment with her, so obviously anyone close to her will book fast too!Belinda
