1 appointment patient, NEVER AGAIN

Poor front office personel, called while I sat there for insurance approval (should have been done before visit). Doctor Trent Smith was late, but OK. I've had to call back multiple times to finally get partial results of my blood work. Christina never returns any phone calls. If I have to see a rheumy, it will not be this one. I suggest you stay clear of them too as I will not recommend any of my patients to go to this practice.

I called them 10 days after lab tests they could not locate.

I agreed to see a P.A. (who spent maybe 5 minuetes with me) then refered me out to a lab for blood tests. The office handed me an outdated map for labs they work with, I went to the one on the west side, and that office gave me the correct address (they have been out of there for over a year). I had my blood tests taken 10/03/08, when I did not recieve a call, I called them 10/14/08. They could not locate the tests, and had someone call me back to ask where I had the tests taken. When I responded surprised that they were asking me where I went, she said I did not have to be rude to her. I have made an appointment with another office who will be professional in manner and will notify patients of tests results in a reasonable time frame.

Did not refill perscription

I've been waiting for a week while the pharmacy continues to fax in the prescription and it has still not been refilled. Answering service hung up on me while I was trying to explain the situation.
