No Morals

I was given wrong tuition prices by the director and they wouldn't honor their mistake. The female director told me I would get y registation fee back and husband refused. When its the directors mistake should give back $40. Alittle bait and switch

Poorly Run

I was given the wrong brochure in April and based on that info I registered for Sept 08. My tuition stated $380 for part time 3days week no lunch. Sept 6th find out its $456. Wouldn't honor the info given and blamed me for not knowing the correct. Susan director told me I would get registation fee back and her husband David refused. Whatever she told me he vetoed. Told it goes up each Sept and that I should checked there web site. I said why would check website when I was giving the info. there mistake cost me $40 because its no refundedable. It does state that in my brochure. My problem is that either its all correct or all wrong. Its in their favor to say that i can't have my $40 back in the same brochure that wouldn't honor $380 tuition fee. Can't have it both ways. The stuff in their favor is fine and stuff in parents favor isn't. All they kept crying about was how costs went up yet for their mistake give back $40. I even asked for some back and to no avail. Buyer beware because won't stand by their mistakes
