I took a ride by this place and looked in the windows. I don't think I will be signing up here anytime soon. The place looks very dark and gloomy. Its in an office type building strange place!

Personal training by Elena P. at InsiderPages

I have seen a real difference in my body since using their personal training. George Smernios, the owner, used to be an athletic director and he knows fitness.
