Great Sylists & Great Atmosphere

I won a gift certificate at work to go to Vanessa's- I went in for a cut and had a great stylist who totally WOWED me with my hair. I went back about 2 months later and she did it again. I received compliment after compliment on my hair both times. I was a bit early for both of my appointments and was taken immediately upon walking in the door. The salon is always busy so there is a lot going on and it does tend to get loud- but in a good way... I used to just run in anywhere to get a cut when it was convenient- now I won't go anywhere else!

My Opinion of Vanessa's

I have no complaints regarding the service I always receive. Yes, at times you may need to wait a bit, just as you would with a dr's visit, but the service you receive once in the chair is very personalized. The salon is very "hopping". My 1st visit was an experience; stylists who experiment with their own hair (so don't be surprised if you see stylists with multi-colored hair, or testing new ideas and products before trying it on clients); or music that can be loud to some yet can be turned down if asked. I'm no spring chic, but this "hoppin" place always makes me feel welcome.
