They are extremely uncaring, they never do confirmations of appointments and the receptionists are unfriendly, unhelpful and rude.

My experience at Dr. Kent's office everytime I go is terrible. I have been seening her for 5 yrs, at least 5 times a yr. There has been numerous times where they have "forgot" me and I was left in the waiting room for over an hour. But even when Im not forgot about I wait at least 45 mins everytime. Then when Dr. Kent finally comes into the room to see me I always feel as though she is in a rush. I would never recommend going to this doctors office to anyone!
