No More Texas Roadhouse for me

As you can tell we live quite close to the Texas Roadhouse. My wife saved to take me for my birthday, tonight we went . Our waittress name tag said peanut she was pathetic. I repeatedly had to ask for a drink refill when I could even find her. The rest of the waitstaff was rude to me and talked about me and ridiculed me amongst themselves. I overheard one to say do you want me to take this table and deal with this jerk. All this "jerk" wanted was a good evening out with no problems. I did not want to have to ask for teaa , I did not want to have to ask for my salad before my meal. There are over 1000 restaurants in the Houston area and I chose yours. I would hope that you deal with your surly waitstaff, teach them how to act professional and that they are not owed a tip they must earn it. All these people were trying to do was get me thru there and maximize the bill with a dessert. I expect a call.
